Job Title: Sales and Operations Manager Location: [55, Red Square Market, Railway Road, Hisar 125001 Haryana] Company: [makemysafar.com] Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: General Manager / Director Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Operations Manager to oversee and drive the performance of both the sales and operational functions of our tour and travel company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales revenue, optimizing operational efficiency, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of travel and tour services. Key Responsibilities:Sales Management: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and B2B/B2C clients. Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Monitor and analyze sales performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets. Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of tours and travel services. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, etc.). Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and professionally. Monitor tour execution, logistics, and itinerary planning to ensure seamless experiences. Team Leadership: Supervise a team of sales executives, travel consultants, and operations staff. Provide training, mentoring, and support to team members. Conduct performance reviews and assist in recruitment when necessary. Financial & Administrative: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost analyses for tours and operational activities. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and travel industry standards. Work closely with accounting to manage invoicing, vendor payments, and profitability tracking. Qualifications & Requirements: Any Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum of 1 years of experience in the travel and tourism or any industry. Proven track record in sales and operations management. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficient in travel booking systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required. Preferred Skills: Multilingual capabilities.
