Job Description

candidate should have experience in apparel industry Greeting customers and engaging with them to determine their needs and preferences. Demonstrating product features and benefits and explaining their use. Answering customer queries and providing guidance on product selection and usage. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the products being sold. Achieving sales targets set by the company. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales transactions. Ensuring the store is always well-stocked, clean and organized. Participating in promotional activities and events to drive sales. Collaborating with the store team to ensure that customer service standards are met. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and customer feedback.
