Schedule and conduct property showings and client meetings. Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and terms of sale to secure the best possible outcomes for clients. Maintain and build client relationships by following up with leads and providing ongoing support. Requirements: Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously. A self-motivated and goal-driven mindset. Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel for property showings and client meetings.
