Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive Location: Gurgaon (74A) Department: Sales Reports To: Real Estate Sales Executive Job Type: Full-time (Field sales) Job summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building brand awareness in the real estate market. Key Responsibilities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Identify client needs and offer property solutions that match their requirements and budget. Conduct site visits and property tours for potential buyers. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of available properties and market trends. Negotiate terms and prices with buyers and sellers. Prepare and manage all documentation related to the sale or lease of property. Maintain and expand the client database through effective relationship management. Provide regular reports on sales activity and market insights to the sales manager. Attend real estate exhibitions, open houses, and industry events as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in real estate (1–3 years preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Familiarity with local property laws and real estate market trends. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
