Job Description

Responsibilities :- Monitoring employee performance and attendance and implementing disciplinary actions, if necessary. Providing support and guidance to team members to ensure they perform their duties effectively. Supervise and lead the quality control team. Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies. Inspect and test products to ensure they meet quality standards. Strong leadership and team management skills. Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions. Interface with suppliers to ensure quality of incoming materials.
