Visit https://skit.ai/ Job Title : Project Manager (AI voice bots) Location : Bangalore (Onsite) Work Type : Fulltime Shift Hours : 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm IST Job Summary Owner of end-to-end lifecycle of development, delivery, and maintenance of different types of integrations required as add-ons to Skit.ai products to enhance customer value. Your role will include liaising with clients to understand the requirements and managing internal stakeholders while developing and ensuring successful and time bound project delivery. Responsibilities: Project Planning and Management Develop detailed project plans Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors Analyze and gather API documentation for new and existing integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and ensure alignment with client needs. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget Stakeholder Communication Manage the relationship with the integration vendors and all internal stakeholders Provide regular updates to clients and internal management Serve as the primary point of contact for integration-related inquiries for internal and external stakeholders. Development Coordination : Manage the sprint cycles of integration development, including planning, execution, and review. Provide technical guidance to the development team to ensure integrations meet client specifications and standards. Risk Management Identify potential blockers in execution proactively and take measures to mitigate it or communicate to seek help Quality Assurance Develop testing strategies and manage the testing phase to validate integrations Ensure high-quality standards are met for all project deliverables Launch and Post-Launch Activities Manage the launch of new integrations, ensuring a smooth rollout for clients. Monitor post-launch performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise Maintain comprehensive project documentation Prepare and deliver project reports Requirements: Experience 3 - 6 years experience as a project manager in the technology sector. Experience in AI or related fields is a plus. Skills Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). o Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities. o Familiarity with project management tools/software (e.g., Jira, Zoho). Education Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or Masters in Business administration Preferred Qualifications Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification. Technical Skills Knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks. Experience with analytics tools like Excel, Metabase, google Analytics and basic understanding of SQL
