Job Description

Job Title: Production Worker – Lithium-Ion Battery Factory Location: Tehsil, NH1, Village Aluna, Rajpura, Punjab 140401. Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: - We are hiring motivated and detail-oriented Production Workers for our state-of-the-art lithium-ion battery manufacturing unit. You will play a key role in supporting the assembly, inspection, and packaging of battery components to ensure quality and efficiency in production. Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment for lithium-ion battery production. Assemble cells and battery packs following standard operating procedures (SOPs). Conduct quality checks and inspect for defects. Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work station. Assist in material loading/unloading and inventory handling. Follow all company policies regarding health, safety, and environmental compliance. Complete production reports and documentation. Prior experience in electronics, battery, or manufacturing industry is a plus. Ability to work in standing positions and lift materials as required. Willingness to work in shift-based schedules. Strong attention to detail and work discipline. Requirements: Minimum ITI electrician (preferred).
