Job Title: Preschool Teacher Location: Bellandur / Sarjapur Road, Bangalore Industry: Early Childhood Education (Montessori/Preschool) Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month Experience: 2 to 4 years Gender Preference: Female Qualification: Montessori / Early Childhood Education Course Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early learning center located in the Bellandur-Sarjapur area of Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Montessori or similar early childhood methodologies, a caring nature, and experience in nurturing and educating young children. Responsibilities: Conduct engaging, age-appropriate activities following the Montessori or preschool curriculum. Create a warm, stimulating, and safe classroom environment. Observe and assess children’s progress and maintain detailed records. Foster holistic development – cognitive, social, emotional, and physical. Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on child development. Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff for school events and curriculum planning. Maintain classroom hygiene and manage student behavior constructively. Requirements: Education: Diploma/Certification in Montessori or Early Childhood Education (mandatory). Experience: 2 to 4 years in a similar role at a reputed preschool or Montessori. Strong command of spoken and written English. Warm, friendly, and nurturing attitude towards children. Energetic, patient, and proactive in classroom management. Ability to plan and execute creative learning activities.
