Job Description: To plan Plumbing building services project deliverables, ensure quality and schedules. To lead Plumbing building services design team in delivering projects to the clients worldwide and ensure all team members are appropriately represented. To support in preparing estimations and marketing collateral To demonstrate in-depth expertise during client interaction (English verbal and written skills) to ensure smooth flow of technical and project information. Multitasking with the ability and experience in managing multiple tasks and projects. Flexible and open to multiple shifts. Familiarity with and experience of working in all disciplines of Plumbing Fire protection for Buildings. Should have good understanding of Plumbing Design Development. Good knowledge of Pipe sizing, DFU and load calculations. Should be proficient in MEP Services of large-scale building projects. Should have worked on REVIT MEP in 3D Modeling, Detailing of Drawing, and Clash Detection (Navis Manage), Point Cloud. Should have previous experience in leading Plumbing (MEP) teams for Building services. Should have done Co-ordination with Architects & other Consultants. Should have knowledge in SMACNA, IPC & UPC and NFPA Standards. Ability to adapt international construction technology and quality standards. To work with enthusiasm, focus to deliver error-free, and quality controlled deliverables. Desired Profile: 6 to 8 years in managing Plumbing (MEP building services) projects, with strong mechanical bias and a very comfortable approach with all aspects of building services. Team management skills and client handling experience. Passion and desire to learn and innovate. Willingness and motivation to work in a team environment. Candidates with long-term vision and dedication towards our profession. The individual must have sufficient interest and motivation to upgrade their technical expertise as required on an ongoing basis. Self-Motivated, organized and initiative taking individual Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory, as this position requires direct communication with the clients across the globe.
