Role & responsibilities 1. Retail Operations Management: Ensure smooth store operations and maintain visual merchandising standards. 2. Preferred candidate profile 1. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in leading sales for a retail store, preferably within the jewelry industry. 2. Strong knowledge of market and consumer trends in the jewelry sector. 3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. 4. Excellent leadership and team management skills. 5.
