Project Role: Operations Engineer Project Role Description: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your role will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems, providing timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Must Have Skills: Microsoft SharePoint Administration Good to Have Skills: N/A Minimum Experience Required: 7.5 years Educational Qualification: 15 years full-time education Summary: In this position, you will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient system operations. You will also be responsible for providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams, contributing to the overall success of operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Demonstrate good experience in SharePoint out-of-the-box features. Utilize hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting. Maintain effective client communication. Manage SharePoint content effectively and possess migration knowledge. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with the team to perform effectively. Make key decisions and engage with multiple teams. Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions based on business requirements. Create and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts. Develop custom forms and templates using InfoPath and SharePoint Designer. Integrate SharePoint with other business applications like CRM or ERP systems. Ensure timely support for resolving issues and contribute to key operational decisions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Administration. Good to Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online Administration. Additional Skills: Strong understanding of SharePoint administration. Experience in managing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions. Knowledge of SharePoint workflows and customization. Familiarity with SharePoint migration and upgrade processes. Experience troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues. Knowledge of SharePoint security best practices. Ensure security by design and automate testing within build and release pipelines. Create reusable design patterns and guard rails for citizen developers. Identify and develop integration points with other solutions to enhance data use. Develop integrations using APIs to improve ETL pipeline mechanisms. Work closely with business users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships. Additional Information: Good to have SharePoint development experience and knowledge of M365 Infrastructure/SP Admin. The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint Administration. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full-time education is required. Knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SQL Server (on-prem and Azure) is a plus.
