Position Details Designation: Operations Coordinator Location: Goa Reporting to: Regional Manager Key Responsibilities Act as the central point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders. Foster inter-departmental coordination to ensure smooth operations. Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and equipment. Handle vendor management – from procurement to relationship oversight. Assist in resource allocation for optimal efficiency. Support the team in designing and executing streamlined operational procedures . Conduct workflow evaluations for continuous improvement. Analyze operational data and generate insights through regular reporting. Assist in project planning and execution , ensuring milestone tracking and timely delivery. Implement and maintain quality control protocols. Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies. Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar function.
