🚨 We’re Hiring: National Service Manager 📍 Location: Chennai 💰 CTC: ₹ 17 LPA – 20 LPA 📩 Email: siva@hidromas.in • Managing the Hidromas Service Workforce • Managing all After Sales Issues (Installation issues, Field Issues) within defined time frame • Developing “well-trained” work force and periodic review and upgrade of skill set of resources of Hidromas and Channel Partners • Co-ordination of all Quality related issues during Installation of Kits in OEM Plant. • Managing New Kit Installation Procedure for OEMs and sign offs • Conducting regular meetings with OEMs and creating MOM and follow up. • Warranty Claim Management of Channel Partners and OEM • Visiting OEM, Channel Partners and Body Builders in regular interval • Organizing Training Calendar for Channel Partners and organizing Training for OEM/OEM Dealers • Preparation for Training Curriculum • Implementation of Digital Service Rendering process • Developing Service Documentation (Manuals, Parts Catalogues) etc. with support of Engineering Team • Developing Network strategy together with Business Head • Working towards future Technology supported service rendering (Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality / Artificial Intelligence.
