Meet performance targets set for first call resolution rate, handle time, abandon rate, etc. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives. Desired Candidate Profile Undergrad fresher and Experience both can apply 0-5 years of experience in an international Voice/Chat Process (blended process), UK process, chat process, or similar roles. Fresher , Should have Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language. Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings & nights as per business requirements.
