Role & responsibilities As a Trainee Medical Representative , you will play a pivotal role in promoting our products to healthcare professionals and driving prescription generation. You will undergo extensive training to enhance your skills and pharmaceutical knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Product Knowledge : Gain a deep understanding of our products, their benefits, indications, and usage. Customer Engagement : Build strong, professional relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. Promotional Activities : Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and other promotional activities. Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to business growth. Market Intelligence : Collect market data and competitor insights to identify opportunities and challenges. Administrative Tasks : Maintain accurate records and reports. Desired Candidate Profile: Education : B.Pharm or B.Sc. degree (Freshers preferred). Age : Below 23 years. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal abilities for building professional rapport. Problem-solving skills with a critical thinking approach.
