Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Management Executive to act as a key coordinator between Management and employees. This role involves managing both technical and non-technical work tracking processes, ensuring timely and accurate work updates, and overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cycles. The candidate will also support operational functions and contribute to ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. Key Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Coordination & Communication Act as a communication bridge between top management and employees across departments. Facilitate clear and timely information flow to align all teams with organizational goals. Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, briefings, and follow-ups. Promote transparency and accountability through effective coordination practices. 2. Work Tracking & Monitoring Implement and manage tools/systems for task tracking (e.g., Trello, Jira, or Excel). Monitor technical and non-technical project progress, ensuring alignment with deadlines. Identify workflow bottlenecks and assist in resolving roadblocks. Ensure documentation and maintenance of accurate progress records. 3. Daily/Weekly/Monthly Updates Collect, review, and consolidate daily reports from various teams. Share actionable updates and performance summaries with the management. Lead weekly review meetings and ensure corrective actions are initiated where needed. Prepare monthly performance and operations reports. 4. Operational Support Support the Management in managing day-to-day operations across departments. Participate in defining and enforcing operational processes and SOPs. Coordinate with HR, Admin, IT, and other departments to ensure operational continuity. Contribute to business continuity planning and risk management. 5. Strategic Execution Support Assist in the implementation of strategic business plans. Monitor KPIs and track operational effectiveness. Support new initiatives, expansion plans, and special projects. Propose improvements to optimize workflow efficiency and productivity. 6. Performance Monitoring & Follow-Ups Follow up with team leads and employees on task status and deadlines. Track individual and team performance metrics. Provide feedback and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred). 3+ years of experience in operations, project / tasks coordination, or executive support roles. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and project/task management tools. Understanding of business operations, both technical (Solar Industry) and non-technical.
