The Business Analyst will work with Predictive and Modelling Tech team of UK Based Investment Bank and work collaboratively with Country Finance, Treasury, Group and BAU teams to understand requirements and articulate them within the Business and data requirements document Responsibilities To act as a business solution owner of the projects target state and support analysis included in relevant concept and methodology papers required for preparation of BRDs To be accountable for ensuring that detailed requirements are documented in BRDs, and are duly signed off by relevant stakeholders To ensure that the new solutions comply with internal procedures / external regulatory guidelines and project deliverables are properly understood by business stakeholders, project team, and end-users. To validate that the strategic system architecture proposed by Technology is fit for its business purpose and is in line with the agreed business target state To drive prioritization taking into consideration business benefits, delivery timelines, system performance etc. To centrally coordinate system interfaces/dependencies/change releases for the Treasury and Liquidity Reporting work streams and ensure alignment across all centers Test planning, coordinate testing, validate test results and obtain sign off from stakeholders To support the development of testing packs with predefined results sets To review test cases ensuring completeness of UAT coverage To monitor any gaps / defects identified, and work with Technology counterparts to track progress and ensure resolution Skills 6-12 years of functional experience in Credit Risk, with experience in Internal ratings-based (IRB) approach Good understanding of financial & capital markets domain with sound knowledge of products like equities, fixed income, derivatives, forex etc. Good understanding of International Financial Reporting Standard 9 (IFRS 9) and Basel III framework Expertise in Enterprise-Wide Stress Testing (EWST) Experience with both waterfall & agile methodologies Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Project Description: As an Automation Engineer, will be responsible for the development and implementation of automation processes along with designing of frameworks. Developing solutions primarily on Python and VBA. He/she will be part of Automation team which will validate automation by performing unit testing and ensuring that environment and configuration control is always maintained. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and test automation workflows. Deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools. Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions. Create process and end-user documentation. Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes). Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects. Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented. Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions. Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours whenever necessary Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes. Mandatory Skills: 3+ years of experience with Python and VB Script JS, C#, .Net experience is a plus. Knowledge of infra set-up and bot deployments in the cloud is desirable but not mandatory. Basic programming knowledge of HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language). Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects. Experience developing and consuming APIs. Experience with Agile development methodology. Experience with databases ( SQL or NoSQL) is preferred. Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning is desirable but not mandatory. Understanding of workflow-based logic. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods. Nice-to-Have Skills: Excellent verbal, and written communication skills. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed. Experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as BluePrism and Automation Anywhere. BluePrism experience is highly preferred.
