Developing and maintaining strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Loan Application Process: Assessing customer needs and offering suitable home loan products. Guiding customers through the application process, from initial inquiry to loan disbursement. Verifying documents and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Sales and Business Development: Achieving monthly sales targets for loan disbursements and sourcing. Implementing and developing sales activities to achieve targets. Managing sales planning and overseeing target allocation. Loan Processing and Management: Processing loan files and ensuring smooth functioning of the lending process. Coordinating with banks and financial institutions for loan disbursement. Ensuring proper completion of files within timelines. Cross-selling and Upselling: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell other products like insurance. Understanding customer needs and offering appropriate product solutions.
