Key Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition and Relationship Building: Sourcing leads through various channels like open market and developer relationships. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Loan Application Process: Assessing customer needs and offering suitable home loan products. Guiding customers through the application process, from initial inquiry to loan disbursement. Verifying documents and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. Sales and Business Development: Achieving monthly sales targets for loan disbursements and sourcing. Implementing and developing sales activities to achieve targets. Managing sales planning and overseeing target allocation. Loan Processing and Management: Processing loan files and ensuring smooth functioning of the lending process. Coordinating with banks and financial institutions for loan disbursement. Ensuring proper completion of files within timelines. Cross-selling and Upselling: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell other products like insurance. Understanding customer needs and offering appropriate product solutions. Compliance and Legal: Ensuring adherence to KYC guidelines and other company regulations. Understanding and complying with relevant regulations and policies. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer queries. Maintaining strong relationships with clients for repeat business or referrals. Reporting and Analysis: Preparing and maintaining MIS reports. Analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
