Resolve customer queries related to health insurance policies, claims processing, and billing issues. Utilize strong communication skills to empathize with customers' concerns and resolve their problems efficiently. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in an International BPO environment handling voice processes (healthcare insurance preferred). Undergraduate/Graduate with 1 year of BPO experience is mandatory Strong understanding of healthcare insurance products, services, and regulations. Fluent English language proficiency for effective communication with international clients.
