Visit https://skit.ai/ Role Overview: The Head of Delivery will play a pivotal role in managing project delivery, client deployment, activation, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This position demands a strong leader with expertise in project management, and tool management. The ideal candidate will excel in operations, project delivery, building systems, creating and running high quality processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project planning, management, and implementation for new and existing client s deployments. Ensure adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget while driving time-to-value (TTV) for clients. Oversee operation processes to meet client ROI goals and reduce time-to-project delivery. Implement best practices in deployment methodologies, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Drive client success by aligning internal and external teams to deliver on key implementation goals. Conduct reviews and ensure a smooth transition to maintenance phases. Maintain robust relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives. Ensure ongoing tool management and ROI evaluation for live solutions. Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer-centricity within the delivery organization. Key Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 15+ years of experience in project management, client delivery, or customer success roles, with a strong background in SaaS or BFSI industries. Proven track record of managing large-scale deployments, driving successful activations, and maintaining tight control on project timelines. Strong interpersonal skills with experience in managing senior-level client relationships and resolving escalations. Tactical knowledge of solutions to address ROI mismatches and improve client outcomes. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
