Roles and Responsibilities: Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development and building scalable, reliable systems. Primary Skillset: Proficiency in Golang is preferred. Candidates with a strong background in Java, C++, or Python and a solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms are also welcome. Database: Expertise in MongoDB is essential. Architecture & Development: Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and scale systems end-to-end. Experience working with REST APIs is required. Computer Science Fundamentals: Deep understanding of software design, algorithms, and data structures. Product & Strategy Exposure: Opportunity to work directly with the CTO and Founders, playing a critical role in shaping the product strategy and roadmap. Mindset: A self-starter with a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-changing environment. Agile Practices: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and modern testing frameworks. Bonus Points: Working knowledge of SQL databases at scale. Experience or interest in AWS/cloud infrastructure. Passion or prior exposure to finance and stock markets – your interest matters more than experience! What You’ll Do: Build and enhance fintech products that are in the early stages but have the potential to be category-defining and disruptive. Collaborate with a talented engineering team on the infrastructure and backend systems for in-house products.
