As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and seamless experience. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs Handle reservations via phone, email, and walk-ins Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and process payments Upsell rooms and promote in-house services Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times Follow company policies and maintain high service standards Qualifications & Skills Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate in any discipline 0–2 years of experience in a front office or customer service role (hospitality experience preferred) Strong communication skills in English (Tamil/Hindi is a plus) Pleasant personality and a professional attitude Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel reservation software is an advantage Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure What We Offer Competitive salary and performance incentives Career growth opportunities within our expanding hotel network On-the-job training and support from experienced hospitality professionals A dynamic work environment in professionally managed properties across Chennai and Tamil Nadu Join us and be part of a growing team that values professionalism, service excellence, and guest satisfaction.
