Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Receive and verify materials as per the SOP. Ensure proper documentation of received materials and report discrepancies. Store materials in accordance with their specified storage conditions. Ensure materials are organized and easily accessible for production needs. Take inward entries and prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for received materials. Forward the GRN to the Quality Control (QC) Department for sampling and analysis. Prepare quarantine labels and ensure all containers are appropriately labeled by the worker. Manage quarantined materials as per procedures. Update the stock register with all receipts and issuances of materials. Ensure accurate records are maintained for all transactions. Update daily logs for activities such as area cleaning, temperature and humidity monitoring, and stock balance verification. Ensure all daily records are properly maintained and filed. Dispense and issue materials to production as per requisitions. Update the stock register to reflect materials issued and received. Safely handle and move materials within the stores area in compliance with safety norms and SOPs. Ensure materials are stored and transported with care. Adhere to SOPs and ensure compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices). Maintain awareness of safety protocols and practices in all aspects of material handling and storage. Collaborate with staff and workers to ensure smooth functioning of daily activities. Support team members in achieving operational goals and maintaining efficiency. Experience : Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment. Proficiency in using stock management systems or MS Excel.
