Project Sales Responsibilities Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within a designated geographical area through project sales strategies. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of the market to achieve sales targets and build sustainable customer relationships. Projects Identification and Development: Identify potential project opportunities within the assigned area. Develop market with Architects / interior designers / builders / contractors in the assigned area. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers. Understand customer needs and requirements. Provide excellent customer service and support. Sales Execution: Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers. Manage project timelines and deliverables. Ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Job Experience 6 - 8 years experience in Sales and Marketing in Cement industry
