Job Description

Role & responsibilities As part of your day-to-day work, you will Be Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through chat, email, and phone channels. Provide accurate information about Healths services, appointments, and policies. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in accomplishing appointment scheduling, personal information updating, and seamless platform navigation. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer support experience. Must Haves Fluent in both English and Hindi, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages (knowledge of Telugu would be an added advantage). Previous customer service or support experience of 1-3 years (preferably in the Retail / Healthcare / Hospitality / Service industries). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and patient under pressure. Graduate in any discipline OR 2nd/3rd year Undergraduate Student available to commit themselves full-time.
