Job Title : Executive Assistant to the Managing Director Location : Andhra Pradesh & Bangalore Job Type : Full-time Job Description : We are in search of an exceptionally organized and driven Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director. The successful candidate will possess a broad experience in managing a variety of administrative and executive support tasks and will be capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision. The role demands someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives on the administrative challenges of supporting a diverse office environment. Responsibilities : ● Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, staff, clients, and external partners. ● Maintain and manage the Managing Director’s calendar, scheduling, and travel logistics. ● Organize and facilitate meetings and corporate events. ● Document, transcribe, and disseminate meeting minutes. ● Handle and coordinate incoming and outgoing communications. ● Welcome and engage with visitors. ● Collaborate with and provide support to staff at all organizational levels. ● Manage relationships with external clients and vendors. ● Evaluate and enhance operational practices as needed. ● Create, revise, and maintain various correspondence, documents, presentations, and reports. ● Oversee office supply inventory and manage requisitions. ● Safeguard confidential documents and information. ● Manage both offsite and onsite operational tasks. ● Willingness to relocate for on-site assignments is necessary. Qualifications : ● Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, or a similar administrative support role. ● Exceptional command of written and verbal communication. ● Expertise in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. ● Superior organizational and time management skills. ● Effective people management capabilities. ● Familiarity with standard administrative practices and office procedures. ● A Bachelor’s degree is required; additional certification as a Personal Assistant or similar qualifications is advantageous. ● Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. ● Maintains a high level of discretion and confidentiality. ● Presents a professional demeanor at all times. Job Type: Full-time Pay: β‚Ή35,000.00 - β‚Ή45,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
