Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via live chat, email, and other text-based channels. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional responses. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or relevant departments. Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly. Meet individual and team performance targets (e.g., response time, customer satisfaction score). Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on company policies.
