About the Role : We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Lead Generation & Marketing Tool Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to support our marketing team in executing data-driven campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp and has a working knowledge of lead extraction and generation techniques. Key Responsibilities : - Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Moosend, Brevo, MailerLite, or Benchmark Email. - Research, extract, and compile high-quality leads from relevant sources to support sales and marketing objectives. - Build, clean, and maintain targeted lead databases to ensure accuracy and segmentation. - Work closely with the marketing team to create audience-specific email lists and design personalized campaign strategies. - Track, measure, and analyze email performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, conversions) to optimize campaigns. - Provide regular campaign performance reports and actionable insights to improve lead quality and engagement. Requirements : - 1–2 years of hands-on experience in lead generation and email marketing. - Proficiency with email marketing platforms, especially Mailchimp or similar tools. - Basic understanding of lead generation techniques, including online research, web scraping, LinkedIn outreach, or use of data enrichment tools. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make campaign adjustments accordingly. - Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
