Job Description

Role & responsibilities Experience in process Instruments like RTD, Thermocouple, Pressure Transmitters, Level Transmitters, Flow Meters, I/P Converters• Experience in Maintenance of instruments/field instruments Calibration and Operation of process instruments and weighing systems• PID Controllers for Oil Burners, Fan Dampers, Temperature Controls Experience in Troubleshooting and Programming of Siemens S71200/1500 PLC, GE Versa PLC• Special functions: Function Blocks, PID Blocks, PLC Siemens/GE Handling of sub-station equipment above 1000 KVA Transformer, Breakers and Power Panels, Automatic Power Factor Control Panels• Handling diesel generators set upto 1000 KVA and Auto Synchronizing Handling utilities like compressors upto 500CFM, Thermic fluid heaters Handling power control panels, motor control centers, modern electrical drives• Responsible for overall electrical maintenance related activities Effective root cause analysis to ensure Permanent closure of the breakdowns• Trouble shooting/Maintenance of Blowers and Electric drives (VFD, Servo drives)• Maintenance of CNC machines, Oil furnace, etc. Compliance of Electrical inspector / CEIG regulations Handling spare parts and inventory control WCM Activities and brining improvements through WCM Projects Ensure compliance with Environment, Health & Safety as per Saint-Gobain standards as well as WCM Standards Knowledge on LOCK OUT TAGOUT, SMAT, Work permit & ensuring 100% compliance• Knowledge on Maintenance management system - TBM / CBM / Predictive and preventive maintenance Preferred candidate profile EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering MINIMUM YEARS OF EXP: 8-10 yrs NATURE OF EXPERIENCE: Experience in Maintenance of instruments/field instruments SPECIFIC SKILLS/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: 1.
