Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Contact and communicate effectively with leads generated online. Product Knowledge: Provide clear and detailed information about our services, addressing customer inquiries. Follow-Ups: Nurture potential customers through calls and emails, ensuring customer satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive conversions and improve customer engagement. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions in the CRM system. Skills Required Fluent English-speaking skills with excellent articulation and persuasion abilities. Customer-focused mindset to handle inquiries and resolve concerns effectively. Basic computer knowledge to manage emails, CRM entries, and digital communication. Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative environment.
