Contract Logistics Distribution Specialist

Job Description

You will be part of our Contract Logistics team adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of operational excellence. Your Role You will be a key member of the distribution team supporting the efficient operation of our distribution business in order to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives. Your Responsibilities The activities needed to deliver these objectives include: To work closely with warehouse teams, ensuring an efficient handover of products + accurate process adherence with a high focus on safety. To assist in achieving our key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of cost management, productivity, customer service + profit. To deliver against our customer + operational KPI. To support all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention + operational excellence; collaborating with others as required. To actively support new initiatives focusing on continuous improvement at all times, ensuring you meet or exceed productivity targets. To contribute information when required for reporting + performance management. Your Skills And Experiences Minimum work experience of 6-8 year in contract logistics. Strong experience of Stakeholder Management and handling distribution operations. Good Communication skills. IT proficiency.
