Skill required: Digital Enablement - Digital Project Management Designation: Content Development Senior Analyst Qualifications: BBA/Any Graduation Years of Experience: 5 to 8 years What would you do? The team manages the processes, tools and platforms that enable teams across the client's org to easily deliver meaningful content and messages to its clients, candidates, alliances via the client's website; and continuously improve operations to reduce SLAs and improve efficiency.This role focuses on the process for managing content requests from across the client and ensuring they are published on our corporate website and regional sites within our SLAs. This person reviews incoming projects, ensuring all required assets and information are supplied, and works with the requestor to explain and address missing elements. This person understands the client's marketing strategy and activities and prioritizes requests appropriately. This person is an evangelist for the client website and understands websites and web conventions.The team is part of Digital & Marketing Enablement, focused on managing the processes, tools and platforms – and providing support and best practice strategies – that enable us to easily deliver content and messages to clients, recruits, and employees across our internal and external channels. Ensure timely development and publication of new and updated content on the siteoReview incoming projects and ensure the requests are valid and complete; discuss with requestor as required; source additional materials as neededoPrioritize and assign projects based on urgency/time zone/expertiseoQA outgoing project pages oWatch for urgent projects and address as appropriate Enforce site standards around design, organization, brand, accessibility, usability, etc. Project Management and Tool lifecycle supportoManage projects and timelinesoProvide ongoing support for tools utilizing agile methodologyoDevelop/support stakeholder and team related job guides, cheat sheets, reference sites (i.e., blogs), etc. Act as first point of contact for content ownersoInvestigations into page/project historyoAnswer questions around site guidelines What are we looking for? Written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple stakeholders Collaboration and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of Sitecore platform and site templates Experience with project management tools and methodology Broad understanding of global business marketplace and knowledge of client's areas of business and overall business strategy Demonstrated skills in digital marketing Web Content Management Certifications: Sitecore Certifications for marketers - Sitecore Roles and Responsibilities: Strong attention to detail Experience with mobile:apps, websites, etc. Experience with broader web design Excellent oral and written communications skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Strong project-management and organizational skills Ability to develop and apply creative and ingenious solutions to complex issues Experience with business-to-business marketing and large, complex programs a plus Ability to work autonomously and independently, yet integrate appropriately with other areas within Marketing Comfortable working with colleagues in various geographic locations, demonstrated ability to be effective in virtual working environments
