We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media & Content Manager to handle our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, designing posts, managing social media channels, handling email communications, and responding to inquiries. If you’re a multitasker with excellent communication skills and a passion for digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media, blogs, and websites. Graphic Design: Design visually appealing posts, banners, and promotional materials using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance. Email & Call Handling: Respond to emails professionally, manage customer inquiries, and make necessary business calls when required. Community Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and reviews, ensuring timely and professional responses. Campaign Coordination: Assist in running ads, promotions, and marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness. Analytics & Reporting: Track social media metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach. .................................................................................................................
