Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in Forensic Investigation, Risk Advisory, Internal Audits, Process Diagnostics Reviews, and allied areas. ### Roles and Responsibility Execute client engagements with quality delivery as per engagement letter. Ensure compliance with risk management strategies, plans, and activities of the firm. Understand business and industry issues/trends to identify areas needing improvement in client's business processes. Demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to problem-solving. Review working papers and client folders to suggest improvements in engagement productivity. Manage engagement budgets and support superiors in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals, and new solution/methodology development. ### Job Requirements Chartered Accountant / Certified Internal Auditor / Masters in Business Administration / Certified Fraud Examiner / LLB. Possess good presentation skills, communication skills, be aggressive at work, friendly with people, and a team player. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Practical approach to solving complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. Be agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, adaptable, and creative in approach.
