The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction procedures, site safety standards, and team coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day construction site operations and ensure adherence to project timelines. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and material deliveries. Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed by all workers on site. Monitor work progress and maintain accurate site reports and documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance with engineering plans and specifications. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to report on progress and resolve issues. Handle site emergencies and resolve conflicts as they arise. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction site supervision. Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, reporting tools).
