Role Summary As a Site Supervisor , you will oversee all day-to-day on-site construction activities—from labour coordination to material management—ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality specifications. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, ensuring work matches drawings, specifications, and deadlines Manage labour deployment and monitor material usage and stock levels Supervise sub-contractors and vendors; ensure compliance with design and performance standards Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and site safety in line with building codes and regulations Maintain daily logs: work progress, attendance, material consumption, incident/safety reports Assist Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and resolving technical/site issues Keep the site clean, organized, and disciplined; enforce site rules and housekeeping Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials and checks on quality Qualifications & Skills Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field 2–5 years of experience in site supervision/execution in construction or interiors Proven ability to lead labour teams, subcontractors, and maintain discipline Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Competent at reading blueprints, drawings, and interpreting technical documents en.wikipedia.org+11betterteam.com+11talentlyft.com+11 Prior experience enforcing safety standards and conducting site inspections Basic project documentation and reporting skills Site Supervisor – Panth Infrastructure Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Working Days: 6 days/week Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000/month (depending on experience) Job Type: Full‑Time, On‑Site How to Apply Send your resume to hrdrashti2344@gmail.com with subject line: Application – Site Supervisor Or WhatsApp your profile to +91 92744 39919 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Application Question(s): Can you share your site supervision experience, particularly on industrial or PEB warehouse projects?
