About the Program: Samarpan 30 is a flagship educational initiative by Leeyo Multipurpose Society that provides free academic education and intensive NEET coaching to 30 meritorious students from Arunachal Pradesh. The program is designed to nurture talent and produce future medical professionals from underserved communities. Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chemistry Faculty to join our Samarpan 30 academic team. The ideal candidate should possess deep subject knowledge and the ability to effectively teach NEET-level Chemistry in a focused, high-performance learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Teach Class 11 & 12 Chemistry in accordance with the NEET syllabus and CBSE board curriculum Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans, practice worksheets, and mock tests Conduct regular evaluations to track and improve student performance Provide personalized academic guidance to students when required Work closely with other faculty members to maintain academic consistency and excellence Motivate students to aim for top ranks in NEET and build confidence in Chemistry Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Chemistry for NEET/competitive exams Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or allied field Excellent command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry topics Ability to simplify complex concepts and ensure high student engagement Experience in residential or focused coaching programs will be an added advantage Benefits: Free Accommodation Provided Food Allowance will be Provided extra on a fixed basis A chance to contribute to a transformative educational mission Supportive academic ecosystem and opportunities for long-term professional growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 25/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
