Job Summary: We are a well-established CA firm with over 50 years of excellence in financial services. We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead a small team and manage key financial operations, including invoice processing, provisions analysis, vendor management, and balance sheet preparation. Key Responsibilities: Invoice Processing & Team Management: Supervise and guide a team of 2-3 executives handling invoice processing. Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments. Streamline workflow and improve efficiency in invoice-related activities. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct provisions vs actual analysis to identify variances and improve financial forecasting. Support in month-end closure activities , ensuring all financial records are updated. Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and necessary adjustments. Vendor & Compliance Management: Review and oversee vendor management processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies. Work closely with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain good business relationships. Balance Sheet & Audits: Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet (BS) schedules for accurate financial reporting. Assist in internal and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of invoice processing, financial provisions, and month-end closure . Hands-on experience in vendor management and balance sheet preparation . Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar ERP tools) . Ability to manage and mentor a small team effectively.
