Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Develop and document business processes for implementation.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements.- Conduct user and task analysis to understand business needs.- Identify opportunities for process improvement.- Provide guidance and support to junior professionals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire Digital Portals.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js.- Strong understanding of business process analysis.- Knowledge of process design and documentation.- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Guidewire Digital Portals.- This position is based at our Noida office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
