Job Description

Job Title: Business Finance (CA Fresher) Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes. Conduct variance analysis of actual results against budgets and forecasts, and provide insightful commentary. Assist in financial modeling and analysis to support business decisions. Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Support the preparation of presentations for management and stakeholders. Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support. Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as required. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Qualifications and Skills: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - newly qualified. Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced skills preferred). Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) is a plus. Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
