Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT) Location: Noida 63 Experience: 1-4 years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our technology solutions and services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other networking strategies. Understand client requirements and present suitable IT products/services (e.g., web/mobile development, cloud solutions, software development, etc.). Conduct market research to identify trends, target industries, and prospective clients. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals, quotes, and project documentation. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events (if applicable). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical clients. Experience with CRM tools and sales platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project management. Prior experience in selling SaaS products, IT services, or managed services. Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and account management.
