Business Development Executive – International Location: Primacy Infotech Private Limited 601, 6th floor, Webel Tower I BN 4, BN Block Sector V 700091 - Kolkata West Bengal (IN) India Experience: 2–5 years (preferred in IT sales, SaaS, ERP, or Odoo solutions) Salary: 12k -35k Industry: IT Services / Software Solutions / ERP Sales Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and expand our international market presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT solutions sales, a strong understanding of ERP software (especially Odoo), and the ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage international business opportunities in India (50%), UAE & Arab regions (30%), and Australia (20%) . Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking events, and partnerships . Pitch Odoo ERP solutions and IT services to potential clients in industries like manufacturing, trading, e-commerce, services, and big retail . Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets . Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that target international audiences. Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and industry trends to improve sales strategies. Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, IT sales, or ERP solutions sales (Odoo experience is a plus). Strong international sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages like Arabic would be a plus). Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold outreach strategies . Ability to work independently and adapt to different time zones.
