Location: Primacy Infotech Private Limited 601, 6th floor, Webel Tower IBN 4, BN Block, Sector V 700091 - Kolkata West Bengal (IN) India Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month Experience: 3–5 years Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies, focusing on Odoo ERP solutions and IT services . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B marketing, digital campaigns, lead generation, and brand positioning . Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to scale Odoo project sales and IT services. Drive lead generation through digital marketing, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media. Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and achieve revenue targets. Manage content marketing , including blogs, case studies, and website optimization. Plan and execute webinars, events, and product demos to attract potential clients. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to refine marketing efforts. Work on brand positioning and corporate communications to enhance visibility in India, UAE, and Australia. Oversee marketing budgets and ROI tracking for campaigns. Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, IT services, or ERP solutions . Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM, and automation platforms . Experience in SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and content marketing . Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in marketing for ERP, SaaS, or IT solutions . Knowledge of Odoo ERP is a plus. Prior experience in international markets (UAE, Australia) is advantageous.
