We're Hiring: Business Development Executive Location: Mohali | Experience: 2–3 years preferred |Type: Full-Time At Pronota , we create impactful digital solutions that help brands grow. Now, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Executive to help us connect with clients and convert opportunities into partnerships. If you’re skilled in proposal writing, client communication, and using platforms like Upwork or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn Write tailored proposals that match client requirements Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and reach potential clientsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups Collaborate with the design, development, and marketing teams to align pitches Track and manage outreach using CRM tools or spreadsheets Key Skills: Experience with Upwork & Freelancer platforms Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator Strong written and verbal communication Solid proposal writing and pitch skills Familiarity with basic CRM tools Self-motivated and results-driven Note: This opportunity is open to candidates based in or willing to relocate to the Tri-city area (Chandigarh | Mohali | Panchkula) only.
