Job Description:We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer – Fresher to join our team and support experienced staff in the planning and design of new structures or the redesign of existing ones. This is an entry-level role with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance. Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing plans, drawings, and presentations for client meetingsSupport the construction team and ensure design intent is implemented on-siteDraft and maintain accurate project documentation and filesConduct research relevant to design and constructionParticipate in the development of schematic designs, design development, construction documents, and specificationsBe available in the office when required by the team Key Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Civil EngineeringArchitectural design knowledgeBasic proficiency in Revit and AutoCADComputer skills including Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong drawing and visualization abilitiesCreative mindset with a willingness to learnAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentPrevious internship or academic project experience with architectural or civil engineering design is a plusThis role offers hands-on experience in the field and an excellent opportunity to grow within a professional environment.
