Job Description

Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BFS Sales Manager/Director with strong testing knowledge to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of relevant experience in the Indian job market and a proven track record of successful sales in BFS industry. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies for BFS industry with focus on testing solutions Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing customer base Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, or related field 2-6 years of experience in BFS sales with strong testing knowledge Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Good understanding of BFS industry trends and challenges Willingness to travel as required
