Description
Job Responsibilities: Expert-level skills in Azure services including PaaS service. Strong hands-on coding skills in Terraform, and Groovy to build an automation pipeline for deploying resources, and team vending on Azure. Strong background in software engineering. Hand-on experience in building solutions using various Azure services. Hands-on experience in one or more programming languages preferably Python. Hands-on experience developing cloud-agnostic Infrastructure As Code pipeline using Terraform. Strong understanding of agile development processes and Agile toolset JIRA. Understanding of micro-services and REST APIs-based application development. Understanding of GIT-based source code management, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices using tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, and Groovy Scripting. Experience in developing Azure Policies. Experience in deployment of multi-tenant Kubernetes platform. Understanding of basic Linux kernel and Windows server operating system. Experience in working with bash, and PowerShell scripting. Must be able to solve complex business problems and present recommendations to management effectively. With little supervision, must be able to define, shape, and drive projects to completion while effectively collaborating strategically with others. Strong verbal and writing skills. Must be results-driven, a quick learner, and a self-starter. Desired Qualifications: Preferred developer/associate/expert certification in Azure. Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years of related job experience Comprehensive technical expertise in a variety of Azure infrastructure services and tools Azure API M, networking Expert level knowledge in terraform / ARM template, python Expert level knowledge of DevOps Automation (TerraFrom, GitHub, GitHub Actions) Expert level knowledge in API Security, Container Security, AWS Cloud Security Familiarity with Azure policy configuration, and security management tools Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Active Directory interconnections, and RBAC. Azure networkingincluding site-to-site VPN, subnetting, vnets, routing, Network Address Translation (NAT), and DNS. Azure storage accounts, disk performance and encryption, disk redundancy and striping. Strong working knowledge in sizing, deploying, and automating VM creation and management in a high-availability environment. Azure resource utilization and consumption, baselines, alerts, and metrics. Azure authentication technologies(including SAML). Azure security safeguards and controls Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills Ability to express technical information clearly at different organizational levels
