Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic and results-driven App Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. As the App Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving user growth and engagement by enhancing the customer experience across the Speed Wallet app. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies focused on the customer acquisition journey , and delivering data-driven insights to optimize performance. Key Responsibilities: Customer Journey Mapping: Design, analyze, and optimize the end-to-end customer journey to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive app marketing strategies across channels, including paid media, organic growth, lifecycle marketing, and partnerships. Performance Optimization: Use data analytics to track, measure, and optimize marketing campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer lifetime value (CLV), and app store optimization (ASO). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, legal, and compliance teams to deliver seamless and compliant customer experiences. User Insights: Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to inform marketing strategies and product improvements. Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends in fintech, cryptocurrency, and mobile app marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in app marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role within fintech, cryptocurrency, or digital wallets. Proven expertise in customer journey mapping and optimizing touch points across the marketing funnel. Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including paid acquisition, CRM, ASO, MMP tools (Adjust/ Appsflyer/others) and organic growth. Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude). Experience in social marketing including FB, X, IG, Telegram, etc. Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Familiarity with the Lightning Network and cryptocurrency ecosystems is a plus.
