Job Description

Role & responsibilities Goal oriented professional with 15+ years of experience in Wind plants. Manage and complete operational requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, in compliance regulation. Perform data analysis on the production data of the turbines (Power Curve Analysis) and improve the performance of assets on a daily / weekly basis. Ensure all TPL policies / procedures as per TPL IMS Procedure Proactively identify site related issues and take up with site and OEMs / O&M Contractor for resolution with acceptable time. Review contractual parameters and achieved better than contractual warranty commissioning. Should have knowledge of Suzlon & Inox Turbine. Ensure L2L (Low wind to Low Wind) PM and LOPs work are done within time frame co-ordination with OEM / Contractor for the operation and maintenance for WTG for optimum availability with driving safety culture. Analysis of WTG performance MTTR, MTBF, Power Curve Analysis. Preferred candidate profile RE Wind O&M, candidate having corporate offices KRA in Wind. Minimum 15 years for AGM, Willing to travel Fluent in communication skills Education/Qualification Bachelors / Masters degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical), PGDBM / MBA will be added advantage.
